Aromatherapy recipe

Aromatherapy recipes help you make aromatherapy remedies for a variety of mental, physical, and spiritual problems, right at your home. Here are a couple of aromatherapy recipes that are commonly used for two of the most common problems faced by a human being.

Aromatherapy Recipe to Get Rid of Dullness

This aromatherapy recipe is known as Energize Essential Oil Blend. Here is how it is made:

Combine the Following Aromatherapy Oils:
2 drops Ginger (Zingiber officinale) essential oil
3 drops Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) essential oil
3 drops Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil
4 drops Juniper (Juniperum communis) essential oil
10 drops Orange (Cistus sinensis) essential oil

When you have done that you need to combine essential oils in a small glass vial with an orifice reducer. Then, you are required to diffuse the blend for 5 minutes with the help of an electric nebulizer. If you don’t have an electric nebulizer, you can place a few drops on a cotton pad for passive diffusion instead.

Aromatherapy Recipe to Get Yourself Calmed

Known as the Pillow Mist, this aromatherapy recipe is made by combining the following aromatherapy oils and ingredients:

4 drops Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia) essential oil
4 drops Neroli (Citrus aurantium bigaradia) essential oil
8 drops Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi) essential oil
3/4 oz. Neroli (Citrus aurantium bigaradia) hydrosol
1/4 oz. Everclear (or other high proof alcohol)

Once you have done that, you will need to combine all ingredients in a 1 oz amber glass bottle with a spray top. When you go to bed, take the bottle with you and after shaking the bottle well spray the solution over sheets and pillows, and fall asleep
